I am an experienced and compassionate transformation project manager/commissioner with over five years of experience delivering projects for both adults and children and young people in the NHS.
I am proficient in managing projects and programmes from inception through to completion, including the development of project documents such as PID, business case, implementation plan, and service specification. Recently, I led the procurement of Bexley Talking therapy service including the implementation and expansion of the service. I also led the review and redesign of services and care pathways within the children and young people programme with a budget a tight budget, ensuring correct governance is being followed for the seamless implementation of a new way of working.
My experience in evaluating risk in the operations of different workstreams using Prince2 Risk Management Principles has helped me deliver projects successfully with minimal risk and high quality. I enjoy coordinating projects to achieve objectives and working effectively to deadlines both independently and with cross-functional teams using MS Project Management System. With my exceptional communication skills, I can effortlessly sway and negotiate with others, making a lasting impact through persuasion and negotiation.
I completed my BSc in Oil and Gas at Plymouth University in 2019.
