As a parent to a young child, I would require working hours or shifts that can be arranged around my childcare responsibilities. A caring and dedicated individual with a strong interest in working within early years education and supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive, develop, and reach their full potential. As a parent to a young child, I have gained valuable first-hand experience in understanding children's needs, development, and the importance of patience, empathy, and consistency. This has further inspired my desire to pursue a career in a nursery setting and to expand my knowledge and skills, particularly in supporting children with SEND.
