I am a hardworking, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who works effectively within a team or as an individual as required. I have over 10 years of experience providing administration to DB and DC pension schemes. My well-developed communication and time management skills have contributed to the successful implementation of automatic enrolment for my previous organisation.
I am able to communicate effectively, professionally and concisely in writing, face to face and over the telephone with internal and external contacts. I am capable of anticipating, resolving and owning problems, identifying solutions to management as and when required. I actively seek ways of innovating and improving quality and efficiencies in processes and procedures.
I have a self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work, in particular taking responsibility for personal and technical continuous professional development and I am able to pick up new and highly technical information very quickly. I am eager to take on responsibility and adopt a flexible approach when work pressures are high with an ability to manage conflicting demands and work to tight deadlines.
I take pride in my work and have gained a wealth of experience throughout my career. I have excellent customer service and admin skills and am comfortable with most computer packages, having used many throughout employment.
I have spent the majority of my working career in Pensions and Finance.
I have 8 GCSE A-C. I have an NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Business Admin. I have a CIPP Level 3 in Pension Admin.
