• Dealing with defendants and claimants with due diligent, providing advice, and next steps with their issues
• Ability to deal with variety off people who are under constraint due to their issue, emphasizing with them and helping them calmly. Managing emotions professionally
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate through phone and email throughout the day
• Using various systems, processes, and filtering between each system depending on query, and efficiently closing each case
• Ability to use Microsoft, Outlook to send communications
• Working closely with other teams within crown court to provide thorough advice and escalations.
• Adhering to tight deadlines and hitting office targets was required and day to day part of the job role.
• 90 percent rate of case reviews was required, and continuously obtained, being a high performer
