This love is the motivation and my desire for the pursuit of my career to becoming a full time and professional carer with your organisation. I have over two decades of experience in the health care sector.
I have worked in the hospital wards, where I gave personal care to in- patients, assisted them in their daily activities, monitored their medication usage and compliance, supported and assisted the service users to full recovery and eventual integration with the community.
I have worked in care homes supporting service users to fulfilling their potentials, achieving their ambitions and enjoying their independence. I want to continue providing better quality care through your organisation to the vulnerable in the society namely the elderly, the infirm and the children, so that they can live their lives to the full with minimal difficulties.
For the reasons stated above, I have undertaken training in Adult social care, Adult mental Healthcare, Dementia care skills and learning disabilities in preparation for my career fulfilment. I am undertaking level 1 care certificate course with a view to fulfilling my goal of giving total comprehensive care to the service users. I was trained in St James's University Hospital Leeds in Wards cleaning, manual handling and movement of patients. At Airedale General Hospital Steeton, Keighley, I was trained in Health and safety, and in Pharmacy Skills and medication management.
It would be a thing of joy and will give me a sense of fulfilment to join your organization in achieving this goal.
