I’m a recent Accounting and Finance graduate on track to complete a first-class degree. Alongside my studies I’ve gained hands-on experience in finance roles, including preparing reconciliations, supporting management reporting, and working with data in Excel. I’ve also worked at IKEA, where I built strong skills in organisation, accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
I’m currently progressing towards the ACCA qualification, with several exemptions already achieved, and I’m keen to apply my knowledge in a role where I can keep learning while contributing to the team. I enjoy working with numbers, spotting patterns in data, and providing accurate information that supports good decisions.
Outside of work, I like keeping active at the gym and volunteering when I can, which has taught me the importance of discipline, balance and teamwork.
I have experience working in finance support roles where I prepared reconciliations, assisted with reporting, and maintained accurate records. At IKEA I developed strong organisational skills by managing stock and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment. I have also completed virtual internships with Citi, McGrath Nicol, and Hunter Bevan, where I gained exposure to financial modelling, analysis, and professional reporting.
Final-year BSc Accounting and Finance student at Queen Mary University of London, graduating in 2025 with a projected First-Class Honours. My degree has given me exemptions from several ACCA exams and strengthened my knowledge in financial reporting, corporate finance, taxation, and management accounting.
