Theresa Randall

I have worked as a Support Worker/Carer for the last 40 years. I am dedicated, empathic, compassionate and put 110% into whatever I do. I work well alone or in a team. I build very good relationships with both clients and fellow staff, and see people as individuals who require person centred care, not one size fits all. I feel that I go above and beyond my duties to fulfill a service users needs.
