I am doing duty officer in little Tokyo restaurant. I have hands-on experience in both customer service and food preparation, having worked as a Duty Officer and Sushi Chef Assistant at Little Tokyo. In my role as Duty Officer, I honed my skills in managing restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional service for guests. As a Sushi Chef Assistant, I gained valuable knowledge of Japanese cuisine and assisted in the preparation of high-quality dishes.
Additionally, I am a recent graduate of Leeds Arts University with an MA in Fine Art, which has further developed my attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressure. This combination of practical experience and academic training makes me well-equipped to contribute effectively to both creative and operational aspects of any role.
