Working in implementation for a SaaS company.
Within my role at NEC, I have been working within the REGO team as the implementation Consultant. I have built up a vast amount of knowledge on the product and the different solutions we offer.
I have successfully managed various implementations from start to finish alongside assisting and taking over existing projects within the team.
I have managed several NEC REGO Customer relationships in a calm and professional manner, working agile where required.
I maintain accurate issue logs, that are updated by either myself or the customer that can be used in each meeting.
Being the main point of contact for many of the REGO customers, I ensure to know as much of the contractual agreements available to me, and when unsure I seek this advice from either the Project manager or the Sales Account Manager. This is to ensure we meet the contractual agreements or escalate when required.
Having already built up strong relationships this means I have become the first point of contact for any escalations, issues or complaints the customers wish to raise. I will then assess these and ensure the relevant colleagues in the department are aware and I can pass this information back to the customers ensuring professional resolutions.
I am in constant communication with the development and support team to ensure we are meeting the customers’ expectations and are reviewing for any trends.
Working with so many customers, means I have the opportunity to identify potential opportunities to enhance the Rego product.
Within implementation, I have configured customer wide solutions, created users, and bespoke access. Managed any additional configuration requests, change requests and pathway management.
