I have held a category C+E license since 2016, so for the last 6 years I have been working in the driving industry. I have transported goods such as pallets, LPG, 30 tonne machines. All of my work has been team based, and also customer facing. I am looking to build a career in a different industry now, and feel the skills I’ve acquired would help me in future roles.
As stated, I have worked in teams and a lot of this is time restricted, so I can work under pressure well. I am punctual and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, team player and always keen to learn new skills.
I have been a HGV driver for the past 6 years and have transported various types of goods from palletised goods to 30T machines. I’m currently working for a company in Aylesbury called Flegg Projects who specialise in machine Movements and factory relocation. I have worked with them for about a year now but the time has come for me to change my career path.
I have 6 GCSE’s A*-C in maths, English, science, and computer studies
I attended John Colet School in wendover, buckinghamshir.
I also have a NVQ level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance which I received from Aylesbury college.
