Motivated lad looks after the machinery I am given, Works well in a team. Willing to listen and learn new things. Good at getting the job done quickly and efficiently but in a safe manor. I'm aware of my wellbeing and others around me. Happy with doing plenty of hours and work. Hard worker. Looking to further myself on a bigger farm and to work more acres.

I have worked in different industries of the agricultural world and have learnt a lot by working alongside my employers who have been willing to show me how they run their business.

I started my apprenticeship in 2016 on an organic veg farm on the North Yorkshire moors which also hand cattle and sheep. This allowed me to see how organic farming was carried out, growing wheat, barley, oats, veg, seed potatoes and silage and grazing grass mixes.

Im now wanting to push to the next level and learn more of the management side of agriculture too hopefully one day be able to become a manager and think this is the perfect opportunity
