I have worked in customer facing roles for over 10 years, 10 years with JD Wetherspoon much of this time in management positions and most recently as a team leader at a Yo Sushi Kiosk. As such I have had to deal with customers in both positive and negative lights.
Many task I have to ensure are done at the correct times such as paperwork and the trail computer based check list system both of my previous employers used.
I love books and reading and would love to spread this to other people.
