I am a hard-working individual with a passion for assisting customers in order to create a positive experience when interacting with me. I have an eye for detail, listen to instructions and am not afraid to ask if I don't understand something. I like to challenge myself to try new experiences and always push myself to do the best I can in every situation.

• I have gained experience in a retail environment, including pricing items, stocking and re-stocking goods, operating a computerised till, handling cash as well as electronic payments and providing an excellent customer experience.
• I have learned to compare and assess the quality of goods and price them accordingly, including, but not limited to, clothing, toys, decorative goods and various media. This has taught me to determine which are fit for sale and which are not in line with the company's strict standards and ethics.
• I have also learned to identify higher quality items, verify their appeal and price correctly to ensure maximum return for the charity.

• My day to day role utilises customer service, which includes taking orders, serving food and assisting customers on Kiosks.
• A Key skill I have learnt from my role at Burger King is keeping calm under pressure and working as a team to achieve joint goals at a fast pace.
• The experience at this job and role have enriched my skills with team members and customers alike, and has boosted my confidence with interaction.

• I was one of ten students in my high school, specially selected to take part in an experience of writing and publishing a book based on my creative writing skills and understanding of written English.
• During the process, I had to adhere to a specific brief, tight deadlines and had to work as part of a team. My biggest achievements included problemsolving, compromise and team collaboration to achieve our goals.
• I thrived during this challenge and learned to understand that other people's contributions would sometimes fit better than my ideas and, through small sacrifices, the end product would be the best it can be.
• Our book has been published and is available to buy on Amazon titled "Faceless Fear" alongside the author T.M Cooks. I have a writers credit at the beginning of the book and a small piece in the "About Us" section at the end of the book.
