About
A Durham University and University of Law graduate with a distinction and direct experience of residential property transactions from both the developer and legal perspectives. Having spent over a year coordinating new build residential developments at Castell Group, reviewing option agreements, conditions contracts, JCT build contracts, and working directly with conveyancing solicitors on land transactions I bring a genuine understanding of the new build process. I have supplemented this with a Commercial Property rotation at Hugh James where I reviewed title registers and transfer documents, and a real estate law simulation with BCLP where I drafted a Deed of Assignments and prepared a completion checklist.
I am highly organised, detail orientated, and eager to develop my residential property career within a specialist new build team.
