As a Team Leader, I have previously lead a team up to 60 staff.
Manage the effective transport of the elderly, Kids, and other service users, with physical disabilities and learning difficulties.
Shift Rota allocations, for staff. Using the LTX System. Flexi Route, and Spread sheets
Monitoring of staff performance. (MIP'S, and Supervisory)
Undertaking disciplinary investigations.
Attendance at disciplinary hearings.
Staff training and inductions.
Control and distribution of staff uniforms and various other essential equipments.
Liaising with fleet management, regarding vehicle defects, and service, M O T's.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, in the depot.
PNP’s Risk assessments, in service user’s home's, and day care centers, and transport. Vehicles
Tacho cards, Drivers cards, CPC Travel Solutions / SEND with accordance with SLA’S and contracts.
Home to School travel assistance from 5 – 16 with Send and 16 - 25 in Education
Driving Duties , Transporting Service User's, (Senior Citizens, Adults, and Children) with special needs, to day care center’s, and service provider’s homes.
