Recent Criminology graduate with a strong understanding of the criminal justice system, victimology, and offender management. Developed excellent research, analytical, and report-writing skills through academic study, alongside an awareness of the impact crime has on victims and their families. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with over 100 hours of volunteering experience supporting others.

Passionate about helping victims, promoting public safety, and contributing positively to the work of HM Prison and Probation Service.

Busser - Big easy

(2021-11 - 2023-03)

Big easy is a well known American restaurant chain mainly based further south within the UK. Based on the chains size they employ just over 500 people for their restaurants. It has been estimated that Big Easy's turnover is around 200k.

Ensured that all eating area's were promptly clean once customers left
Ensured that customers tables were not filled with empty plates or rubbish that could of ruined their experience especially if more dishes were expected to come
Ensured that all stations used by the waiters were filled with cutlery and necessary equipment needed to maintain a high professional standard
Ensured that there was communication between myself and the waiters I were supporting in order to let them know the tables were sufficiently clean to allow for new customers to sit in the designated areas
During my time within this job role I ultimately trained new staff members who were also working within my job role. Showing that I have the skills to train staff members based off of my knowledge on my role.
I was viewed as a key member during my time within this role as I was involved with other jobs within the restaurant showing that I have the ability to be flexible with my job role and having the drive to adapt and learn new skills.
Raised over £100 for the charity mind in the 2nd week of NCS in a group of around 6 people.
