I am 18 years old and I have just finished my art and design course at Brockenhurst college. I have developed strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills through various hospitality and care roles. I am confident working under pressure, taking initiative, and maintaining flexibility with working hours.

I have been working here since April 2025 and this job has taught me new skills as a waitress like, taking orders, understanding customers, making hot and cold drinks. I believe working here has helped me to build my confidence working as a team and also using my own initiative. Other skills I have built are working under pressure as this is a very high paced job and I have also been able to show flexibility with hours.

During the summer of 2025 I took on another job here where my services were mainly serving food and drinks.
