Hi there! I am a penultimate-year law student at the University of Leicester. I am an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with pride and determination.
I am a legal advisor at Leicester Pro Bono Clinic, where I deal with client queries and conduct thorough research to apply their issues to the law.
I have first hand commercial awareness experience with creating my own Hair and Beauty business. I understand how to handle clientele and adapt my business to suit consumer needs.
I have also experience as Front of House and in the hospitality field.
I grew a supportive and adaptable mindset thanks to my leadership abilities, which helped me succeed as Head Girl in Secondary school. My participation in many charitable occasions such as Mcmillian coffee mornings and in the prom planning process allowed me to practice my communication skills, which I used to negotiate over the location and collaborate with the student leadership committee on suggestions.
I am a legal advisor at Leicester Law Clinic and has experience working alongside Solicitors in firms in their Commercial, Family and Wills, and Probate sector.
My part-time hospitality job for venues such as Cheltenham Racecourse, and King Power Stadium, and signing up as support for the 2022 Commonwealth Games allowed me to develop an adaptable nature to different environments and appreciate the importance of conducting myself with a strong work ethic. Taking on extra roles, being punctual, and going the extra mile at work for example taking on extra hours have extensive presence In the workforce.

I have always looked for academic possibilities and extracurricular activities leading to outstanding personal achievements. Since I was ten years old, being in theatre school and pursuing leadership positions in Sunday school, the school council, and the library have increased my confidence and excitement. Being chosen by the school to serve as head girl throughout secondary school was a highlight of my academic career.
This was quite beneficial since it allowed me to schedule meetings and build relationships with local businesses to plan fundraising activities like Macmillian coffee mornings and red nose days. In the meantime, I enjoy looking for freelancing jobs at legal companies to learn more about the daily challenges faced by solicitors. While attending university, I have taken on the role of welfare officer for the African and Caribbean Society, where I offer general advice and mental health services to students who need someone to talk to about their struggles in university.
