I am a highly motivated, efficient person with an interest in customer service. I am a self-starter and use my own initiative to learn. My role in customer service is to get the best conclusion available to each issue using a calm, efficient and customer centred approach.

I am someone that believes that I should give the same level of customer service that I would expect to receive. I can communicate well with people at all levels and I have a passion for learning and self-progression so that I can always make sure this stays at the highest possible standard. I am used to working long hours and being on my feet for long periods of times, working great under the pressure of busier periods.
