Coaching enabled the development of communication, leadership, and resilience. The skills set I acquire make me the perfect team member. I would class myslef as a hardworking independent person. However i especially love working with others as I can learn a lot from others such as my colleagues.
I’ve been a coach for 3 years I’ve worked in a range of environments such as schools, nursery’s and college.
I also have management experience as I was a supervisor in a restaurant/bar and in a retail company.
I’ve just finished my level 3 in sports science and business I want to go on and study biomechanics.
