Assisted the reservations team through a variety of mediums, maximising revenue wherever possible. Used correct telephone techniques when dealing both internally and externally. Managing private events and working alongside chefs to maintain the correct menus and allergy lists.

Upselling company products to customers, and dealt with guests queries and providing a solution to ensure guests always left happy. Worked alongside my manager to schedule rotas for the team.
