I’m a final-year Biology student at Newcastle University with a sharp analytical mindset and a deep curiosity for many areas including genetics, finance and sustainable systems. I thrive in environments that value precision, fairness, and independent thinking, such as troubleshooting lab protocols or creating risk assessments.
My strengths lie in interpersonal skills and problem solving, with willingness to learn to become the best I can be. I’m methodical, assertive, and highly self-reflective, with a knack for translating complex ideas into clear, actionable insights. I have an interest in many sectors and with an open mind I’m currently exploring graduate roles in compliance, finance, laboratories and auditing —especially those that reward strategic observation and nuanced judgment.

I have worked in customer service roles for 18 years including retail and hospitality. I have worked an an assistant manager in a hotel/bar/restaurant with excellent knowledge in food and safety protocols. I have several years of hospitality supervisor experience, while being the Lead Trainer of new staff, teaching health and safety protocols including food and safety.
My most recent experience is in a laboratory setting as a laboratory assistant, in which I have gained new skills and confidence within laboratory setting. I have a curious mind and love to work in different environments to expand my skill sets.
Currently pursuing a final-year Biology (Hons) in Newcastle University, following a Diploma of Higher Education from The Open University with a first-class grading.
