I live in barking, I’ve been a chef for almost 10 years. I did the Jamie Olivers apprenticeship before going to a 3 rosette in Cornwall. From there I moved to a Michelin star restaurant called Gidleigh Park in Devon. After lockdown I went into casual pubs / restaurants for a more balanced life.
