As a Nurse I have been able to demonstrate in my training that I am an honest, enthusiastic, caring and compassionate person. I can communicate effectively with MDTs and show that I am a reliable organised employee.

I have a passion to ensure that what I do is correct and I use contemporary evidence-based research in my nursing practice.

I am able to pick things up very quickly and have a keen eye for detail due to having to concentrate effectively when administering medications and filling in paper work correctly. It is crucial to ensure that I read everything in detail.
