Sol Y Sombra For the last 9 months I have been fortunate enough to find employment at a local tapas restaurant called Sol Y sombra in which I have been a waiter. This experience has taught me key employment skills, such as teamwork, communication, satisfying the needs of customers, working under pressure and being polite and respectful. This has given me the chance to develop as an employee and to better myself as a person
