Since I have been working, it has always supporting and assisting others, I first started as a sports coach in primary schools and then went on to working in special needs schools, I am currently now a send operations assistant. I am a quick learner. I work great in a team and individually when needed, I am also a very confident and well spoken person and have good communication skills which I have developed in my previous jobs. I am also very organised and very good with time keeping
Send operations assistant, I currently work for Essex County council where I am supporting those which special educational needs through aiding the process of there EHCP’s and data entry.
I used to work with children with special education needs in a secondary school where I was supporting them I no and out of the classroom . That could be from going out into the community going swimming, supporting the independence of buying sweets in a shop to supporting then going toilet
