As a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Manager for HEP (UK) LTD I have a complete overview of the companies internal hiring needs. I partner closely with the stakeholders to understand the diversity and inclusion goals of the organisation and develop a talent acquisition road map to meet those goals.
I own end to end Talent Acquisition life cycle for HEP LTD with a strong focus on planning, driving fulfilment metrics and building world class systems and processes whilst continuously determine current staffing needs, produce forecasts, develop hiring plans and talent acquisition strategies.
I provide leadership to the sourcing process across the entire company, managing volume and niche hiring through all related channels of recruitment - job-fairs, internal referrals, job sites, social media and hard copy media campaigns and vendors.
