I am a capable and experienced Business Leader. I have worked in a Senior Management Capacity since 2010 within a career that spans more than 25 years within the construction and engineering sector. During my most recent years with MITIE I have been both performing an operational management role whilst also managing and conducting the Commercial/ Surveying activities for the P&L I have been responsible for.

1. Accountable for the commercial and financial performance of the region and reporting to the PLC board.
2. Control of the upstream client accounts, Applications for payment, Variation measurement and submission/agreement.
3. Final account agreements and settlements. 
4. Management of supply chain Supplier/Subcontract Procurement and variation/final account agreement.
5. Project cost Reporting and Reconciliation. 
6. Assisting legal teams on the agreement of contract T’s and C’s.
7. Supporting the project teams on contract management and notices to ensure delivery of contract particulars. 
8. Supporting and managing claims procedures. 
9. Developing opportunities through existing and new clients. 
10. Internal and External client management. 
11. Working onsite with the operational teams ensuring project delivery best practice of internal cost reporting and forecasting of outstanding works.
12. Management and Support of shared business partner resources.
