Ensured that all needs of guests were met in one of the busiest arcades in the country, with a weekly guest count of over 4,000. Had to be the first point of contact for guests for a wide range of issues and complaints and would have to tackle the problem in a calm and measured manner. This would range from small and large machine fixes or complaints regarding machines, and would also have to deal with lost children; disruptive children, and adults; as well as other departments.
I also filled in as a supervisor on several occasions, helping lead the team and taking on more responsibilities for more venues simultaneously.
Cleaner - Atlas FM (David Lloyd) - Norwich, Norfolk

Maintained the high standards of David Lloyd whilst displaying strict time management on short 6-hour shifts, deep cleaning multiple areas every shift and completing hourly checks. Spent three months as the supervisor, organising staff, publishing rotas, liaising with senior management in both David Lloyd and Atlas FM; acting as the middleman between the two.
