Newly opened hotel. I am responsible for doing daily checks on our bms system, hvac systems and fire panels. I also check ph levels on the sauna and hot tubs. I respond to any and all calls for issues that may arise throughout the day. I deal with all contractors when they come to the property and assist them with anything that is needed.
