Tom Davis

I am a qualified fitness coach, with expertise in anaerobic, aerobic, cardio, drills and skills.

I am a big fan of Liverpool Football Club, and I personally had many successes as a teenager in football playing for my county in Solihull and for Aston Villa as part of the Academy at Bodymoor Heath.

Furthermore, I've built my own portfolio of clients of whom I've coached and mentored to prime them to an improved level of fitness or for a specific goal.

I am keen to further my skill set in the sport I love the most, and work my way towards a future in football coaching.

I feel I have the right attributes for this role. Those being courageous, flawless, professional, confident, specific, consistent, achiever.
