Tom Hortop

I am a second-year student currently studying Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University.

I have always found it fascinating how real estate and humans develop together hand in hand. People are always searching for different ways to best support the planets’ needs, and our own. The practicalities of which I have investigated given much thought during my various modules, in particular Valuation, which looks at comparisons and projections for properties enabling advice and on-going management to be given for clients

You will see from my cv that I have a passion for all of the major team sports. It’s through these and my school, university and work experiences that I have developed key strengths including teamwork, collaboration, leadership and an eagerness to learn from others. I am also organised and adaptable as I continue to manage the demands of my course whilst playing first XV rugby for the university.
