I am a motivated and results-driven individual with a foundation in office administration, particularly supporting finance and procurement teams. My three years of experience in a customer-facing role have developed my interpersonal and communication skills.

I am a team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating a good work ethic and attention to detail. Eager to apply my growing accounting knowledge, currently studying AAT Level 2 having passed the first 3 units. I will be investing time to study CIMA having just completed my Power BI qualification.

• Intermediate skill level in MS Excel creating pivot charts from pivot tables. Importing data from system and then extrapolating key trends that will be important for business improvement.
• Analysing chronological data to highlight business strengths and weaknesses.
• Telephone and email communication with global clients.
• Responding to client’s email enquiries and logging onto a customer system.
• I also have good knowledge of digital tools e.g. excel.
