With both journalism and ad agency backgrounds, and senior roles as a marketing and comms director, I've a wealth of experience creating engaging communications for B2C and B2B audiences. I've worked across a range of market sectors, including products, professional services and the third sector, and am currently Head of Content for a Yorkshire based digital agency which counts one of the the world's largest paint and coatings manufacturers as it client. Agile and confident working across all social media copy and expert at creating keyword-rich SEO blogs and website content.
Currently Head of Content for Applied Digital Marketing in Huddersfield, prior to this I worked for 5 years as Director of Marketing & Communications at Salford-based international arts charity Walk the Plank. I held a similar role at Eureka! The National Children's Museum from 2010-2014. Previous roles include Head of Corporate Partnerships at Barnardo's and Regional Head of Copy at Park HR, one of the UK's leading recruitment ad agencies at the end of the 1990 where I won two CREAM awards.
