Currently a commercial and residential construction site manager / project manager working in London, however I live in Peterborough and looking to relocate to Boston. I’m looking for new opportunities.
A highly motivated and experienced Site Manager with a strong background in project management and a proven track record of managing the construction process from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Adept at interpreting and implementing construction drawings, plans, and specifications while using construction projects management software, such as Procore or PlanGrid. Keen experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications.
Possess superior interpersonal skills, customer-focused, high integrity, capable of solving multiple complex issues and motivating the team to perform well. An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual demonstrating diverse competence in developing and implementing contract management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness while managing the financial aspects of contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, and billing. Proficient at construction regulations and standards, such as building codes, OSHA regulations, and environmental requirements.
