About

I am a motivated, reliable and hardworking individual with experience across customer service, hospitality, coaching, production, gardening and youth leadership. I am confident working as part of a team and independently, and I am comfortable communicating with people of different ages and backgrounds. My experience working at a summer camp in America strengthened my leadership, communication and organisational skills.

I was responsible for coaching children aged 6–16 in groups of up to 22, teaching a range of sports while also supporting their welfare and wellbeing throughout the day. This required patience, responsibility, adaptability and the ability to create a positive and enjoyable environment. I also have hospitality experience, where I developed strong customer service skills through serving customers, taking orders, preparing and delivering drinks, maintaining clean working areas and working efficiently during busy periods.

Competitive football has further developed my discipline, resilience and teamwork. I have been awarded Player of the Season twice and have been part of teams that won the County Cup three times.

Experience

Camp Specialist at Camp Chi Summer Camp (2026-06 – 2026-09)

I worked at a summer camp in America for three months, gaining experience in an international and multicultural working environment. I coached and supervised children aged 6–16, working with groups of up to 22 children at a time. I taught a range of sports including football, golf, basketball, archery and pickleball, adapting activities to suit different ages, abilities and levels of experience.

Alongside coaching, I was responsible for the welfare and safety of children throughout the day. I supported children with their day-to-day needs, encouraged participation and helped create a welcoming and positive environment. I also helped keep children engaged and entertained during activities and supported camp routines, including helping children settle appropriately at night.

The role developed my leadership, communication, organisation, adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Bartender/Waiter at Twist and Test Cocktail Bar (2025-08 – 2026-01)

I provided friendly and professional customer service in a busy hospitality environment. My responsibilities included greeting customers, taking orders accurately, serving drinks from behind the bar and delivering orders to tables. I communicated with customers politely and professionally while helping ensure orders were delivered promptly and correctly.

I also worked as part of a team to maintain an efficient service, washed glasses, cleared tables and kept working areas clean and organised. This experience strengthened my ability to remain professional, organised and efficient while working in a fast-paced environment.

Gardener at Plant Pots Direct (2023-03 – 2023-07)

I assisted with day-to-day gardening, maintenance and inventory responsibilities. I sorted and organised stock, helped maintain plants, carried out general maintenance tasks and prepared products and packaging for customer orders. I also helped prepare orders for dispatch and worked carefully to ensure products were organised correctly. This role developed my practical, hands-on skills, attention to detail, organisation and ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team.

Volunteer In secondary school, after school, I helped out with running sports for primary school children to take part in. I also helped children with disabilities at a triathlon by running sports sessions for them to participate in.
