Nearly 20 years in a customer services role in manufacturing. This has led me to liaising with staff, management and external partners to fulfil all I have been asked to be involved with to achieve realistic targets and drive business success. I have trained new staff, written training manuals and built strong relationships with over 100 independent business across the country.
Previously worked in hospitality creating a welcoming environment while managing the fast-paced demands of hospitality. I understand the importance of excellent customer service, building rapport with customers and ensuring every guest feels valued. I’m confident handling the day-to-day responsibilities of a busy environment, from coordinating staff and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation to managing stock and keeping operations running smoothly.
