I am wanting to start a new chapter and find a job role I can push myself further in. As I believe I have a lot to offer. I am used to a fast paced environment. I am friendly polite and communicate well.

Online Service Colleague - ASDA-Nottingham - Nottingham

I was on the process and transfers department. The role was fairly complex in having to use different systems etc. There's alot of numbers and departments to learn and is extremely fast paced and working to deadlines everyday.

Mistakes cannot be made so attention to detail is a must. The job involves team working and independent working and using alot of your own initiative. Have to have good organisational skills and time keeping.

Have to do well under pressure and sometimes the pressure is fairly immense. I have learnt to work well in a team aswell as learning to manage time frames and work out how much time each tasks take and work out how much time we need for each task etc.

• My role was date checking and transferring short dates to other stores etc
• There was alot of paperwork involved and must be checked daily
• Transfers involves Date checking and sending short dated or overstocked and deleted products to different stores. There is alot of maths and numbers involved in this role
• Process involves stock takes, paperwork, numbers, changing stock amounts and prices, organising stock etc

Sales operations executive - Westcoast Ltd

My previous role was very complex and involved alot of thinking on my feet and using my own initiative. I had to organise my own work load and work under pressure in a fast paved environment. My previous job was order processing and we are counted on our orders each month where I exceeded any amount completed by any member of staff before. I can meet time frames and work well under pressure.

• Inputting of Sales Orders onto system for the UK and other countries
• Management of electronic orders
• Keeping up to date and informed an all new products, services, and sales tools
• Preparing and running reports for customers
• Providing support in the management of our customers
• Attending and contributing to meetings when required
• Working closely with Finance and Customer Service departments to resolve issues and queries

• Process shipping reports with excel
