I've worked in care for a number of years with a lot of different experiences. I've stayed in these jobs for a lot of time and have always enjoyed helping people who need support to do their day to day activities. I can communicate and understand the importance on why and where we should report serious matters to.

I can build relationships with the service users and love to get to know them individually in their own ways. I am a great team leader and work with a number of individuals within the workplace. I can take responsibility when being asked to do things and put my all into each inch of my work.

I enjoy being able to give the service users a sight of what they can do and not what they can't.

• This role included prompting to shower, to get dressed, supporting them to cook/bake, support the individuals to be independent when it comes to activities and also giving them the option on what activities they would like to do for the day/week.
