I love to be at the forefront of developing technologies capable of helping people's lives. I've led multi-million-pound projects across Europe, India, and the US. Since graduating in project management, I have been front and centre of both vehicle and product designs.

I have overseen progression from model to production whilst working for world-leading organisations such as Jaguar Land Rover, Boston Scientific and Johnson & Johnson. I take great pride in my involvement in a business's success, as watching colleagues grow under my guidance. My style is not to shout the loudest, as I believe in building mutual respect with your colleagues by being open and transparent.

I've faced almost every conceivable problem on the production floor and can quickly grasp what it takes to overcome obstacles, from either personnel or technical standpoints. In my next role, I'd like to progress further by Project Managing more Automotive and Medical Device launches.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer/Project Manager (Contract) at Depuy Synthes (2021-09 – 2025-02)

Driving an expansion plan for the Orthopaedic company of Johnson & Johnson.

• Project Managing a Business Continuance Project for Johnson & Johnson. US to UK transfer.
• Managing Project Stage Gates and Playbook completion along with Transfer Quality Plan's.
• Facilitating the capacity expansion of a component from 30K to 240K units per year, in three years
• Initiated ten new CMMs, two five-axis CNC lathes, eight CNC lathes, and three Surface Testers
• Forming, integrating, and leading a team of seven manufacturing engineers of varying skill levels
• Managing quotations and purchase orders of capital equipment worth up to €15m
• Interacting with internal stakeholders and presenting at Value Stream and SLT meetings
• End-to-end project work: asset procurement, delivery, commissioning, Change Assessment Form, Install Qualification, CAM development, Process Validation, and the final handover at CAF report

Business and Process Development Manager (Contract) at Phoenix Pattern & Tool Co. (2020-10 – Present)

• Developed the company offerings in Electric Vehicles, Extrusion Machining and EPP Machining
• Designed and implemented the CNC machine shop resource plan, the first of its kind, which helped senior managers to better plan sales and cash flow and improve the company's resource planning
• Enhanced the company's digital visibility, including its website and social media pages

NPI Project Manager (Contract) at Boston Scientific (2020-01 – 2020-05)

• Led a team of cross-functional engineers, reporting on progress to directors/project sponsors
• Oversaw project budget of approximately £6m, creating and managed product costs (COGS)
• Allocated project resources; liaised with the R&D team in the US and the production team in Cork
• Developed the project Gantt timeline plan, updating when milestones had been achieved
• Designed sales plans across a global set of markets, particularly in Japan

Head of Projects and Technical at Hockley Pattern and Tool (2019-06 – 2020-01)

• Responsible for six project managers, one project engineer and two CAD engineers
• Oversaw a wide array of projects totalling £12m, including assembly lines and aerospace
• Managed a budget spend across the projects, with an outsourcing value of £4m

Business Development Manager at Holovis International (2018-09 – 2019-05)

• Agile project manager, working with five software architects and two hardware architects
• Developing software using Augmented and Virtual Reality in place of physical properties
• Marketed solutions to automotive OEMs, translating client requirements into design-fee proposals

Design Department Manager (Contract) at Jaguar Land Rover (2008-06 – 2018-08)

• Responsible for leading a team of 21 including project managers and data engineers
• Managed a budget of £8m per annum and liaised with and managed UK and European suppliers
• Data validation for both design and engineering datasets to enable full production sign-off
