My role at JD warehouse involved bringing in deliveries, tagging/bagging new stock and replenishing the stock ready to be picked for online orders. When picking the orders we would use a scanning device that also held the order we were picking, I would have to work quickly and efficiently pick the correct order, getting it packaged up and ready for delivery. When doing the order picking I would have to work on my own initiative but when accepting deliveries I would work as part of a team to unload stock and then replenish the warehouse stock ready for picking.
It was important to keep the warehouse clean and tidy following health and safety precautions to keep staff safe and the warehouse hazard free.
As a Picker Packer at Kammac Warehouse, I played a vital role in daily operations. Managing inventory with meticulous care, my responsibilities included handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining an organised warehouse structure. Operating tools and equipment with precision, I focused on accurate documentation and collaborated closely with my team to achieve operational objectives.
My commitment to efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong emphasis on safety defined my role in contributing to the seamless functioning of Kammac Warehouse.
Picker/Packer | In the Style
At In The Style, my key responsibility was efficiently using scanners to pick and pack the latest fashion items for delivery orders. Collaborating seamlessly with the team, we maintained an organised workspace, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every task.
