Primarily recruited to review milestone reporting process of a complex infrastructure upgrade and decommission programme and to map an inefficient manual process to an automated Microsoft project center process to align with group reporting. This was to cover 20+ projects and 10 Project Mgrs. and required new processes/WoW to develop a rolled-up programme view. This led to improvements in stage gate reviews and improved governance management and project health checks (finances/RAID/Share Point improvements).

Engaged in architectural reviews of the roadmap and strategies by capturing logical outputs and supported Architectural & Cloud Infrastructure Services team on environment requests and hosted Triage meetings/collate technical output and decisions through to estimates and approvals.

Digitech PMO Analyst - Sainsbury's TECH - London and Coventry – Hybrid role

Recruited as versatile PMO to support the initiation of a major platform development programme responsible for Project Mgr. activities (pending recruitment of agile Project Mgrs.) managing budget of £13M per annum. Demonstrating efficient use of Planview toolset to manage resource data, and the use of excel spreadsheet to manage the actuals and forecasting, developed great processes and achieved consistent high accuracy working closely with Finance partners. Supported all workshops at programme and technical levels/Scrums/Retros.

Used various tools such as Confluence/Jira/MS Suite/Visio/Planview, TEAMS/Excel, SharePoint for all workstreams RAID reviews release/go-live reviews & general day to day PMO activities. Following a restructure of Digitech in June 2020 supported a new programme team in transformation activities in rolling out new ways of working and supporting and training a new team of 8 PSO analysts to drive change/processes/documentation and reporting/dashboard methods. The team supporting Digitech was made up of in excess of 1000 colleagues.

This resulted in active engagement with SME's, TCS Architects, Suppliers & 3rd parties to progress a combination of technical requirements and Business processes & Roll-Out phases and oversee associated training and documentation to support Business roll out.
