Hello,
my name is Tracy and I thrive in busy environments and find myself getting through the day with ease, I find it very important to give the guests the best experience whether it’ll be great or bad, I always find myself making sure they take something good from it! If I was summarise my skill in one word would be adaptability, no matter what the environment, I can easily adjust to any changes experience in hospitality is one I’m very familiar with and enjoy very much so, it’s a job I’ve found easy and as a foodie myself, I can’t complain talking about food or enjoying it too! I find it’s job where if you take pride in what you do, can be very fulfilling when people enjoy the service
I’d open and close the restaurant, getting every section ready, clean work areas, equipment, I’ll greet every customer to their tables, taking orders, serve food, payments and support other team members
