I am a hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic Year 12 student currently preparing for my A-level exams. I have achieved amazing GCSE grades and take pride in someone who is organised, punctual, and a fast learner. I am eager to gain experience in any workplace, particularly in roles that involves customer service, working with children, in a health care setting or maintaining clean and organised environments. I am confident, polite, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Apprenticeship at Unisex Hair Saloon

Engaged in customer interaction and communication and also teamwork in helping to carry out the tasks required easily and working together to solve problems that came up such as customers not liking their hair and our idea of issuing a refund or giving a discount

Work Experience at NHS

I observed the reception and admin teams. Shadowed staff and attended team huddles. Worked with the nurse, a physiotherapist, a phlebotomist and the receptionist.

• Kept record of the mails delivered
• Welcomed the patients in and also gave some easy directions
• Added labels with patients info and made sure they were kept safe
• Scanned the mails and made sure that none went missing including stamping them
• Completed a Health and Safety module
