I am a dedicated and empathetic Trainee Counsellor, currently completing a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling at Sandwell College. My approach is integrative, drawing primarily on Person-Centred and Gestalt modalities to create an authentic, warm, and non-judgmental space for clients. Through my training and extensive experience in healthcare settings, I have developed a strong foundation in active listening, ethical practice, and the ability to hold space for individuals in high-distress situations.
