I have extensive experience in customer facing business. My working career has in the main been based around the public house industry which involves many aspects of customer service, compliance to licensing laws, employment. I have worked in a betting shop for the last 9 years, the last four years as a Marketplace manager for two shops with 10 team members Day to day runnings, adhering to policies and regulations, rota systems, safer gambling.

I was lead role for productivity lookung after 23 shops with holiday and working time directive. Good communication skills to peers and stakeholders, decision making, coaching and mentoring.
