I am Passionate about elder care, skilled at managing schedules and keeping clients as active as possible. Culturally sensitive with the ability to provide both physical and emotional support to clients

• Home Care Assistant 

• Keeping up to date records on patients, including daily observations about activities and any medication administered
• Preparing food and serving meals, drinks and refreshments
• Providing high standards of care for elderly service user with a focus on everyday care such as personal hygiene, mental stimulation and general well-being
• Ensuring the accurate completion of all administration and documentation related to Service user care
• Acting in the best interest of service users while ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines
• Making the best use of aids provided to help clients who have limited mobility, or physical / learning difficulties.
• Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of Service user house to promote safety.
