Following a period of success within the general administration office I was recommended to the Club Secretary for this role. My initial responsibilities were focused on crucial match day arrangements for the First Team and officials and on the administration of highly personal areas of players' contracts. My responsibilities extended to include full administration support to the Director of Football and frequent support to the First Team Coach.
I also provided support to other Senior Management team members as and when required.

Due to the skills and knowledge displayed as a Match Day Hostess I was recommended for this position to the Head of Human Resources. I was responsible for maintaining appropriate supplies of Club stationery and for the entire process from ordering to invoice sign off. Responsibilities also included preparing and issuing match day staff contracts, the follow up administration and general correspondence.
- Answering incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose of calls, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department

Match Day Hostess - Tottenham Hotspur Football Club - White Hart Lane

I worked as a Match Day Hostess for 7 years. In this vital customer facing role I was one of the longest serving and senior Match Day Hostesses ensuring the safety and comfort for over 100 guests within the corporate hospitality area. I had sole responsibility for managing the Steve Perryman Lounge and the 15 staff within it and built up the full support and loyalty of the regular guests and of Steve Perryman himself.
The objective of the role was to ensure that guests receive continued first-class treatment to encourage continual renewal of corporate hospitality.
- Providing Customer Service on a personal level based on the knowledge of each guests' requirements to ensure they feel welcome
- Ensuring that the Lounge is set up in accordance with the required seating plans
- Making final checks on the logistical requirements e.g. correct number of programmes for each guest, testing of microphone, temperature control
- Dealing with all guest enquiries e.g. commercial issues, ticket allocation and catering
- Distribution of match programmes and other relevant material
- Recording of any problems and taking action to resolve them
- Liaising with other staff in the Lounge including catering and security to ensure the smooth running of the afternoon or evening
