Worked in a busy restaurant serving customers in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities included greeting customers, taking food and drink orders, serving meals, clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness, and working closely with the kitchen team to provide efficient service. Developed excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Superdrug – Retail Assistant

Assisted customers with product enquiries, operated the till, replenished stock, organised shelves and displays, and helped maintain a clean and welcoming store. Worked as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring the shop ran efficiently.

Completed a Pearson BTEC National Extended Certificate in Music Performance with an overall grade of Merit (M) and an OCR Level 3 Cambridge Technical Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity (Sports Coaching) with an overall grade of Distinction Merit (DM) at Sedgehill Academy. I will be starting my undergraduate studies at the University of Essex in September 2026 while continuing to develop my professional skills through part-time work.
