I’m an active and dedicated individual with a strong track record in the retail & industrial sector. With over 5+ years of experience customer service, 2 years in the industrial sector.

I have excellent time management, team player and problem solving skills, ensuring smooth and efficient operations and customer satisfaction. I thrive outside of my comfort zone, seeking out new challenges that’ll push my abilities and allow me to grow. My friendly and approachable nature makes me great at interacting with customers, creating positive relationships, and driving sales.

I find fulfillment in helping others achieve their goals and tackling challenges head on, which has honed my ability to adapt and excel in various environments, making me a fantastic worker in fast paced environments.

Recently, I took a significant steer towards the industrial sector.

I worked in Hendersons Mallusk picking, packing, and working as part of a team for an effective workflow. I then followed into CCEA Distribution Mallusk while complying to the health and safety regulations. These were all temporary contracts through an agency. I then completed the Assured Skills Program in welding, specialising in MIG/MAG welding, where I gained hands-on experience and earned an NVQ Level 2 in Welding.

I am eager to bring my skills and passion to the team and be an active, hard working member of the business.
